Who You Are
As the Chief of Staff / Program Lead for Governance Services, you will be a strategic partner to the founder and a key leader within the organization. You possess strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Your role focuses on high-level strategy, coordination, and ensuring the successful implementation of our governance services, while analysts handle the day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Support to the Founder:
- Act as a trusted advisor and right-hand person to the founder, providing strategic insights and support.
- Manage and prioritize the founder’s agenda, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between the founder and various departments.
- Program Leadership:
- Lead the Governance Services team, ensuring alignment with Boardroom’s mission and strategic goals.
- Oversee the implementation of governance services, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for all initiatives.
- Governance Operations Oversight:
- Provide high-level oversight of foundational governance and compliance structures.
- Ensure effective setup of governance reporting systems, focusing on strategic outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Support:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, delegates, and contributors.
- Oversee the establishment of effective communication channels for stakeholders.
- Community and Onboarding Oversight:
- Ensure comprehensive onboarding processes and resources are in place and effectively managed.
- Oversee strategies to foster active community engagement and participation.
- Content and Communication Oversight:
- Ensure high-quality governance content is created and distributed by the team.
- Oversee the management of governance-related channels, ensuring accurate communication.
- Metrics and Reporting Oversight:
- Establish and track governance health metrics, providing strategic insights to the founder.
- Oversee the reporting of these metrics to provide a comprehensive view of governance health.
